When you feel tense, it shows how much your energy is “off” and how much you need to balance yourself. There’s an exercise called Mental Standard. Sit down on the floor and stretch your legs out straight. Reach for your toes, and stretch your nose to your knees. Do this three times during the day.
If you want to face the world twelve hours a day, do it for 2 – 11 minutes every four hours.
